It is just wonderful to be up and running. Literally. We have milk, cheeses (halloumi, feta and cream cheeses) as well as yoghurt. Initial reaction from our MGM customers is amazing. We also have our labels finally. Makes Damian very happy given the hours and hours of work that have gone into making the buffalo production at Corner Paddock a reality,
We are making products in small batches so we may not have everything we sell available all of the time but we will scale up as quickly as can.
